Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy

All products are non refundable or exchangeable unless there was an error on our end. All products are inspected  before they are packaged and shipped. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, please don’t hesitate to contact us to help you find a possible solution.

PLEASE Note:

Due to the nature of PLA material, these are not resistant to high heat environments like inside a hot vehicle in the summertime. The PLA material could warp or deform if left in a hot car or direct sunlight for extended period of time. Please take care not to leave your items in extremely hot environments.

Please keep in mind that 3D printed items may contain small imperfections like layer lines, this is completely normal and a part of the process. We do our best to make the best product possible. Any imperfection makes each item unique in its own way.

Colors may not always match from what we see on the monitor to the final color, we do our best to get as close as possible.

Backorders may come in a different color(s) than the original item displayed/bought.

Quality is of utmost importance and we take care that shipped items meet quality standards.

Refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Returns

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
