Where do orders ship from?
Every piece is printed and shipped from our Modesto, California workshop, and we ship anywhere in the US. Most pieces are made to order, so the listing tells you whether the item is in stock or queued for printing. Anything not listed here, or any change to a piece, goes through the quote form rather than the shop.
Can I change the colors?
Pieces in the shop come in a default color scheme to keep things fast. If you want different colors, a different size, or any tweak to the design, that becomes a custom order. Submit a quote and we will let you know what is possible. Custom is our specialty.
What if a piece is sold out?
Send us a quote with the item name and we will let you know if we can print it again and what colors we have available. Sold-out pieces are handled through the quote form, not the shop.
Do you offer local pickup from this shop?
Direct shop orders are mail-order. For local pickup, see our Local Shops page. Soul Patch Tattoos in Riverbank carries a walk-in shelf, Pupz N Palz handles pet items by appointment, and we can also arrange custom-order meet-ups across Stanislaus County.
What materials do you use?
PLA+ for everyday decorative pieces, PETG for outdoor or higher-temperature use, and TPU for flexible parts (grips, certain fidgets). We do not print in ABS. Each listing notes the material when it matters for that piece.
